East House is a two-storey building dating from the 19th century. The front elevation has three bays. The upper floor is rendered, while the ground floor is constructed of exposed stone. The roof is slate, with 19th-century brick stacks of red and yellow brick. The ground floor features a canted bay window with castellated capping and sash windows on each side of a central round-headed doorway. The doorway has an open pediment supported by pilasters and a fanlight above a six-panelled door. The first floor has three sash windows with marginal bars. Inside, a fireplace is located in the northwest ground floor room, with an adjoining staircase leading south. An enriched doorway accesses the staircase.
