Description

Llanblethian House and No. 2 are two houses dating from the 20th century, standing two storeys high with a total of five windows. The houses feature smooth and roughcast render over stone, with a slate roof and rectangular stone chimneys. No. 2 is a two-window house; on the first floor, it has two 12-pane hornless sash windows, while the ground floor includes a door from the early 20th century to the right and a 16-pane hornless sash window. To the left, No. 2 has a lower block with an upper loading door and two ground floor windows in the gable. In front of this block is a lean-to garage, which has a wall on the left featuring a Gothic archway made from apparently re-used medieval material.

Llanblethian House has three windows on the first floor, with the left window (at a lower level) being a 16-pane sash and the others being 12-pane sashes. The ground floor features a doorway that is covered by a porch with small-pane glazing and a panelled door. To the left, there is a 12-pane sash window and to the right, a 12-pane sash window.

Both houses are enclosed by stone garden walls topped with iron railings and gates that have spear finials.
