Description
The Boot House at Grammar School is a two-storey outbuilding constructed from stone rubble and finished with a colourwashed exterior. It features a slate gabled roof. At the time of inspection, the doors and windows were covered.
On the northern elevation facing the yard, the first floor has three small two-light casement windows with small panes, along with a sash window at the right end. The ground floor, starting from the left, includes two doors, a small window, a doorway with old double wooden doors, another door, and a two-light casement window with small panes.
Inside on the ground floor, the second door leads into a room that contains a fireplace and an old copper boiler. The floors of the ground floor chambers are made of stone cobbles.
