Description

Ty-ny is a two-storey building with painted local rubblestone walls and a Welsh slate gable roof. The roof features a large square stack at the north end and a later tall stone stack in front of the ridge to the south.

On the street elevation, there is a small window to the right on the ground floor, a modern glazed door in the middle, and a 2-light casement window with small panes to the left. On the first floor, there is a 2-light casement window to the right above the boundary wall between Quaintways and Ty-ny, a taller window in the middle slightly to the right of the ground floor doorway, and another 2-light casement window with small panes to the left. All of these features are from the late 20th century. The rear elevation has also been altered with late 20th-century features.

The front garden is enclosed by 19th-century rubblestone walls with coping, and there are dressed stone gate piers with pyramidal coping. The interior was not inspected during the resurvey.
