Description
This is a terraced pair of classical buildings, each three stories high and featuring two-window scribed stucco frontages, with the left side being broader. They have an overall balustraded parapet, a moulded cornice, and a plain entablature. The roofs are slate, and there are roughcast and brick chimney stacks. The bays are separated by pilaster strips, which have altered bases. The buildings have 12-pane sash windows with a cill band on the second floor. Modern shop fronts have been added.
