Extensively altered. 3-storey, 2-window, scribed stucco pedimented front; moulded cornice continuous with Nos 16 and 18, plain entavlature, broad ebd pilaster strips and cill band. Slate roof and rubble chimney stack. Sash windows to 2nd floor, modern full width 1st floor window and moderm shop front. Rough cast cross range to right incluing the Apollo Steak House.
