Description

52 King Street is a three-storey commercial building with a painted stucco street elevation. It features a plain eaves cornice and a flat or low-pitched slate roof, along with a truncated chimney on the left side. The building has four bays, with plate glass sash windows on all upper floors. There are two 20th-century shop fronts with a house door situated between them, which underwent alterations to create a single shop in 2002. Inside, there are three oak beams on the ground floor front, although the interior has been otherwise altered with a new staircase.
