Description

Blackwells is a four-storey shop building with two window openings, constructed in stucco with painted stone dressings and topped with a slate roof. The building features bracketed eaves and panelled end pilasters, with cornices separating the floors. The third floor has two sash windows, while the second floor contains two camber-headed sash windows. The first floor is distinguished by round-headed windows with sash glazing. The shopfront has been modernized.
