Description
Floyd is a three-storey building with a single window stucco frontage. It has a slate roof featuring two small gabled dormers. The second floor includes a tripartite window with sash glazing and an iron rail at the sill. On the first floor, there is a shallow splayed bay. The ground floor has a reconstructed period shopfront.
