Description
10 Dunraven Place is a classical three-storey building with a four-window façade made of scribed stucco. It features a plain high parapet and a bracket cornice, with advanced end pilaster strips and a cornice band that highlight the front. There are cill bands present as well. The building has a hipped slate roof and 16-pane sash windows; the first-floor windows lack lower sash glazing bars and have bracketed semicircular and triangular pedimented lintels. The shop fronts are modern.
The side elevations are finished in cement render and include a wraparound parapet and cornice. At the rear, there are modern windows in a cross range that incorporate the names ‘Siop yr hen Bont’ and ‘Leon Loosmore’, into which the Old Bridge is built.
