Description

The buildings at 60 and 67 Broad Street, Ludlow, are early 19th-century houses, now used as shops and dwellings. They are built with stucco over brick, with a slate roof and a brick end stack on the left side. The properties are three storeys high, with a cellar, and originally had a three-window front. The left-hand side features a canted bay window with 1/1, 3/3, and 1/1 sash windows. The right-hand side also has a canted bay with 2/2, 8/8, and 2/2 sash windows. A central sash window is 6/6 in size. The second floor includes a 3/3 sash on the left, a 6/6 sash in the centre, and an 8/8 sash on the right. There is a cornice above the left-hand side and a band below the right-hand parapet. A shop front from the early 20th century is located on the left. On the right side, there's an entrance to a passage and a 20th-century shop front, beneath an earlier fascia board bearing ornate consoles.
