Description

This is a memorial fountain dedicated to Henry Evans Charles, designed as a stepped granite obelisk. It features moulded cappings and a basin. A fine bronze portrait roundel in relief is positioned above an inscription tablet. At the rear, there is a brick support. The sculptor of this piece is not known.
