Description

Ffynone Villa is a two-storey house built around 1870. It features a stucco exterior, horned sash windows with marginal glazing bars, a hipped slate roof, and rendered chimneys.

The building has three bays, with the outer bays slightly projecting and gabled, showcasing shaped bargeboards and pinnacles. On the first floor, there are paired round-headed sash windows with moulded surrounds and a straight cornice above. The ground floor includes splayed bay windows with flat roofs. The central bay features a round-headed sash window with a moulded surround on the first floor, and an enclosed porch with an entablature on the ground floor, which has a two-leaf panelled entrance door, an overlight, and marginal glazing. To the right, there is a doorway with a bracketed hood.
