Description
3 Upper Frog Street is a two-storey house, likely dating from the late 18th century. The exterior is painted stucco with a slate roof that sits close to the eaves. The front of the house has two bays. The upper floor features two hornless sash windows with 12 panes of glass each. A late 20th-century shopfront occupies the ground floor, featuring a small-paned shop window on each side of a recessed door with a fascia above. This shopfront replaces an earlier 12-pane sash window. The right-hand side of the ground floor doorway is chamfered, with a single step leading up to a fielded-panelled six-panel door and a small overlight.
