Description

This is a pair of railway bridges that cross the main village road and an adjacent canal in Talybont. The key features include four snecked angled rock-faced stone abutments, which have bullnosed coping and capstones on the piers. These abutments support metal riveted plate bridges that are positioned at a diagonal angle for the railway track, along with some later brick piers at railway level.
