Description
This is an asymmetrical hump-backed bridge made of rubble sandstone, located over the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal south of Ty Sign. The bridge features a single elliptical arch constructed with dressed stone voussoirs and has a low parapet with flat coping. The abutments are splayed outwards and terminate in square piers. A former towpath used to pass under the bridge to the south, where there is a stone kerb. The deck is cobbled, and there are concrete repairs to the coping.
