Description

This is a two-storey building of two windows in width, likely dating from the 18th century. The front is roughcast, with a slate roof, wide boarded eaves, and a central chimney stack built of brick. The upper floors have windows with 16 panes, while the ground floor features modern two-light windows to one side and a 16-pane sash window combined with a fixed glazed panel to the other. Boarded doors are located at each end of the building. The ground floor window openings have architraves that extend upwards, incorporating ornamental keystones. Group value is present due to the building's contribution to the character of the street.
