Description

The Automobile Association Telephone Call Box 161 at Nantyffin is a square, tapering roadside structure made of black-painted galvanised sheet metal riveted to yellow-painted angle strips. It features a cross-gabled roof painted metallic grey, with a central raised ventilator. The winged AA badge, also painted yellow, is attached to the three gables facing the road and to the door. The panels on the door, the sides facing the road, and the cross gables display the box number and name, all of which were renewed in the 1990s.
