Description

Crescent Cottage consists of two houses built in the early to mid-19th century, featuring a rendered exterior and a slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high, with Crescent House having a texture-painted finish and crested red clay ridge tiles, along with gable stacks. They are characterized by full-height Tuscan pilasters, although the pilaster on the west end is missing. Crescent House has modillion bracketed eaves and is arranged in three bays, with a central 20th-century door that has a modillion canopy with a swept roof. The windows, replaced in the late 19th century, are 4-pane sashes set in deep reveals.

Crescent Cottage, on the other hand, is arranged in two bays and features a part-glazed 20th-century door beneath a similar modillion swept canopy. It retains its original 12-pane sashes with wide boxes and stone sills.
