Description

Brynglwys is the larger of two small terraced houses built in the early 19th century. It features colourwashed stone and a slate roof, standing two storeys high with three window bays. The central entrance has a six-panel front door, with the upper panels glazed, which is now enclosed by a modern lean-to porch. The house has 19th-century 12-pane windows, with the upper panes designed as horizontally hinged casements (known as Brecon hoppers), and a 19th-century sash window located to the left of the door. The roof is adorned with gable brick stacks and crested red clayware ridge tiles, and there is a central gate set within railings.
