Description

Merlin House is a mid-19th century house that has a rendered exterior and a slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and features two window bays, with the openings on the ground floor being offset. The entrance includes a panelled door set within a timber doorcase, topped by a decorative fanlight and a bracketed canopy. To the right of the entrance, there is a 16-pane sash window with a moulded architrave. The first floor has similar 16-pane sash windows, while the top floor features four 3-pane sash windows. The house also has a panelled eaves soffit and a brick stack on the gable.
