Description

Highcliffe House is a mid-19th century house that was originally symmetrical with Merlin House but has since been altered. The exterior is pebbledashed, featuring a modern six-panelled door without a doorcase. It has four-paned late 19th century horned sash windows, with one on the ground floor, two on the first floor, and a casement window of the same proportions on the top floor. The eaves soffit is panelled, and the roof is hipped with a stack located on the party wall.
