Description

These are two mid-19th century red brick houses forming part of The Crescent in Ripon. They have slate roofs and three storeys, with continuous ashlar sill bands linking them. The windows have elaborate architraves; those on the first floor are round-headed and feature carved swags in their spandrels, topped with segmental pediments on scrolled brackets. The doorways are distinguished by panelled pilasters, round arches, and ornamental cornices.
