Description
92 The Watton is part of a two-storey row of buildings, which includes Nos. 90, 91, and 92. The row features a slate roof with slightly higher eaves and ridge than the adjacent No. 89, and has bracketed eaves. In total, there are seven windows across the buildings.
No. 91 has a pebbledashed exterior, while No. 92 is finished in stucco. Both buildings have two 12-pane horned sash windows on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a 16-pane sash window with horns in the outer bay, and in the inner bay, a doorcase with pilasters and bracketed cornices, topped by a rectangular fanlight. The doors are six-panelled. Additionally, No. 92 features a modern dormer.
