Description
The premises of Llewellyn Humphrey's, Chartered Surveyor & Estate Agents, is a three-storey building located on King Street. It features colourwashed plaster on a rubble base and has a moderately pitched slate roof with deep boarded eaves and rendered stacks.
On the left side, there are three windows for the house, while the right side has one window for the shop. The house has twelve-pane sash windows flanking a dummy window on the first and second floors, with moulded architraves and brackets supporting the sills. The ground floor mirrors this design, flanking a central doorcase that features a moulded cornice over a plain frieze supported by plain pilasters. Above the panelled door, there is a rectangular fanlight.
The shopfront also has twelve-pane sash windows on the first and second floors, with similar moulded architraves and brackets for the sills. It features a flat hood above a plain fascia, with plain pilasters on either side. A large rectangular fanlight is located above a half-glazed door to the left, and to the right, there is a two-light shop window with a plastered stallriser.
