Description
Blaennantgwinne Cottages is a pair of cottages built in rubble masonry, featuring several courses of brickwork near the eaves and topped with corrugated sheet roofing. The height of both cottages suggests they may have a croglofft, or loft space. Each cottage has a central vertically boarded door flanked by two windows. They share a central stone chimney, and there is a small loft window with four panes in the east gable. The window closer to the chimney is smaller in both cottages. The left cottage has one surviving six-pane casement window, while the right cottage features a four-pane sash window. Additionally, there is a single doorway in the rear wall, opposite the chimney. Notably, the floor level of the left cottage is approximately 0.5 meters higher than that of the right cottage.
