Description
Old House at Garn Farm is a 1½-storey former house built of rubble stone with a slate roof. The building features a doorway that is offset to the left of center, which has a replaced door and is flanked by small windows. There is a stack on the right gable end and a corbelled stack on the left gable end, both of which have been cut down below the ridge. At the rear, there are two inserted cow-house doorways with boarded doors.
Inside, the space has been converted to a cow house with concrete stalls. All original features have been removed, and the walls have been plastered. The roof has been fitted with replaced sawn trusses.
