Description
This is a 1½-storey former house at Llwyncelyn Farm, constructed from limewashed rubble stone and topped with a steeply pitched thatch roof, which is in poor condition and partly covered with corrugated iron sheets. The left end has had a stack removed, while a reduced stack remains on the right but is obscured by vegetation. The front features two windows, with a boarded door located to the right of center. Flanking the door are four-pane horned sash windows, with the left-hand window having a brick jamb and sill, indicating it is an insertion. Attached to the left gable end, at a lower level due to the sloping ground, is a 19th-century cow house with a stable, built of rubble stone and covered with a tile roof. The openings in this structure have stone cambered heads. There is a boarded door to the right of center, with a lean-to added to the left and a window inserted into a former doorway. On the right side, there is another window inserted into a former doorway further to the left, and a doorway at the right end.
