Description
This is a lofted cow-house located on the north side of the yard at Pantycelyn, built from whitewashed rubble stone with a dry dash finish on the west gable and topped with an artificial slate roof. The front features three doors, which are alternated with four ventilation loops. The doors are made of planks with cemented heads, and they may have been replaced with concrete. Above the centre door, slightly to the right, there is an added loft door that breaks the eaves under the planked gable. Additionally, there is a loft door on the west end wall and a hatch door on the east gable.
Inside, the building has a lofted interior with a central passage and five ties on each side. There are also three heavy chamfered beams.
