Description
The conservatory at Broadway Mansion is a Grade II listed structure featuring a timber frame with a rubble plinth. It has small pane glazing on the roof, which is adorned with iron cresting and dentilled eaves. The rear of the conservatory has a solid wall. The roof extends to the right, connecting to the main house and providing covered access, and it was formerly embellished with decorative ironwork. The right side has a three-bay arm that expands into a broad octagon at the western end, which is notable for its unusual ribbed dome and small pane clerestorey windows topped with an iron finial. There is a bracket pediment above the half-glazed doors on the south side.
