Description
Gwynion Llethri Farmhouse is a small, two-storey farmhouse built in the early 19th century. It features whitewashed rubble walls and a slate roof with wooden soffits. The gable chimney-stacks are rendered and thicker on the right side. The facade has a plinth and is offset with two windows, which have cambered heads made with stone voussoirs. The ground floor has 12-pane hornless sash windows, while the first floor has 9-pane sash windows arranged in a 6 over 3 configuration. The entrance is located on the right-hand return elevation next to the chimney and consists of a modern half-glazed door. The return elevations are rendered, and the rear of the farmhouse is made of rubble, featuring two modern wide steel-framed windows on the ground floor and two 9-pane hornless sash windows above, which have heads similar to those on the front.
