SE courtyard range, incorporating bakehouse and cow house at Aberglasney

The building is a single-storey former cow house that also includes a workshop and a bakehouse, constructed from rubble stone and topped with a slate roof that is hipped at the eastern end. The north side, which faces the courtyard, features openings with cambered stone heads. There are four blocked doorways located centrally and to the right. To the left of center, the small workshop has a window and a boarded door, with a blue brick stack positioned to the left of the door. The bakehouse is accessed from the left (eastern) end wall, where there is a boarded door next to a two-light leaded casement window, which has original vertical iron bars behind it. The southeast corner of the building is chamfered.

On the rear side, there are single windows for both the bakehouse and workshop, each with cambered heads. Beyond these, two doorways flanked by windows were added in the 1990s to create a staff room. Inside the bakehouse, there is a flag floor, a wide fireplace with a brick segmental head, and a bread oven.
