Description
13 Quay Street is a terraced house and shop that features painted stucco with a slate roof that has close eaves and brick stacks at the ends. The building stands three storeys high and has two bays. The second and first floors each have two sash windows with small panes and marginal glazing, all adorned with stepped voussoirs and a keystone, similar to the adjacent No 9. The ground floor includes a central 20th-century shop window, with a recessed door to the left and a plain square-headed door also to the left. To the right, there is a tall cambered-headed doorway set back in a cambered-headed raised stucco surround with a keystone. The reveals of the four-panel door are stuccoed, and the left side of the building features a channelled full-height pier, while the left gable end is rendered. The interior has not been inspected.
