Linked Outbuilding NE of Tyllwyd

The linked outbuilding northeast of Tyllwyd is a Grade II listed structure featuring rubble stone and grouted slate roofs. A high rubble stone wall runs along the north side of the drive, curving towards each coach-house gable end. Both coach-houses have broad depressed-arched doorways with Caerbwdy stone dressings, including raised piers, plain imposts, voussoirs, a keystone, and an arch-ring. There are plain block shoulders under the arch-ring, which support small three-pointed finials on plain blocks, with a similar block and finial above the center.

The eastern coach-house is small and has ledged doors, with a date of '1844' inscribed on the arch ring and 'Wm S Ll Esq' above it. In the center of the wall between the coach-houses is a narrower garden entry featuring similar ashlar piers and a depressed arch, with the garden wall raised and carried over. The western coach-house has blocked doors and a datestone from 1848. This side forms the end wall of an L-plan farm range. The western side has a door to the right and two cart entries to the left, both with stone voussoirs. There is a further range that extends west from the northern end, which includes four doors and one loft door. The rear wall of the walled garden, which is partly collapsed, returns east from the northeast angle.
