Range of Outbuildings on E.side of Farmyard at Trenewydd Fawr

This is a range of outbuildings located on the east side of the farmyard at Trenewydd Fawr, dating from the later 19th century. The buildings are constructed from rubble stone and feature lightly grouted slate roofs. They are single-storey and include a long northern range with six cart entries. Five of these entries have red-brick flattened arched heads, while the second entry has been removed to create a full-height opening with concrete block sides. Some roof cladding is partially missing.

At the southern end, the section is slightly higher and has a concrete lintel over a pair of central doors with brick jambs. To the right, there is a broad low opening framed in brick, with the southwest corner made of red brick. Additionally, there is a concrete block lean-to at the southern end.

These outbuildings are part of a notably large and distinctive later 19th-century farmstead, which was likely rebuilt after 1857, as indicated by a sale map showing a different layout from that time. The condition of the outbuildings is poor.
