Description
This is an outbuilding located on the east side of the drive at Penralltddu, constructed in 1859 and 1877. It is made of squared grey stone and features slate roofs. The main section, which faces west, was built in 1877 and includes a coach-house on the left with a single elliptical-arched entry. This is followed by two pairs of casement windows alternated with two ledged doors that have overlights above them. There is a date plaque situated between the first window and the door. A red brick ridge stack is present on this range. The main building connects to the rear of a south-facing open-fronted cartshed, which has a datestone reading 'J W Bowen Esq Blt 1859' on its west gable. The front of the cartshed originally had six iron columns, of which three remain.
