Description

1 and 2 Penrhiw Cottages are a pair of cottages that have been combined into one house. They are constructed from white-painted rubble stone and feature a close-eaved slate roof with three red brick chimneys. The building is single-storey and consists of two double-fronted sections, each having renewed 8-pane horned sash windows on either side of a boarded door. The cottages have slate sills and cambered brick heads above the windows. There are loft windows located in the end walls. The rear of the building is also made of rubble stone and includes a door to the left of center and a small window to the right of the door.
