Thick double band over ground floor at height of entablature over paired doorways in centre. Doorcase has 3 pilasters, frieze and moulded cornice. Panelled reveals and 2-panel doors with overlights. Sash windows each side have no surrounds. Area railings with spear-headed finials and standards at intervals. Four-storey, 3-window rear with blind panels under parapet, 20-pane windows to first and third floors, 16-pane to 2nd and ground floor 2 large altered openings..
