Description
Derham Lodge is a house with a painted roughcast exterior and a parapet. It is a tall, narrow, four-storey building with a two-window range. The upper floor features two 9-pane sash windows, while the second floor has two 12-pane sash windows. The first floor includes a tall canted bay window with a configuration of 4-12-4 panes, where the center window is fixed. On the ground floor, there is a 12-pane sash window to the left and an arched doorway to the right, which has a raised stucco unmoulded surround with a keystone and impost blocks. The left side of the building is rendered and has plate glass sashes on the upper floors to the right, along with a red brick chimney stack. The moulded cornice that was noted in the 1977 listing has since been removed.
