Description

The sundial is located in the garden of the former abbot's house and is set on three rough stone steps. It features a plinth made of stone or cast imitation stone, with a square base and a chamfered tapered shaft that leads to a square top. Beneath a lettered band, there is Celtic interlace ornamentation, which includes the inscription: 'Emitte lucem tuam et veritatem tuam'. The sundial is dated 1913 on the rear and has a round metal sundial mounted on its flat top.
