Description
No 11 Deer Park is a terraced house that is part of a row of five painted stucco houses, all featuring slate roofs and chimneys on the right side. The house has two storeys, a basement, and an attic, and is two bays wide. Each facade is framed by raised pilaster strips on either side, with a raised band above the basement and a plain raised parapet. There is one pedimental gabled dormer on the house, which has a pediment supported by brackets and paired windows. The house features four-pane sash windows, and No 11 has 20th-century dormer windows. Steps with scroll-design railings lead up to square-headed doorways that are adorned with stucco doorcases featuring cornices on console brackets. The doors are two-panel with overlights. The forecourts of Nos 11 and 12 originally had button-headed iron railings on dwarf walls, which have been removed since 1977.
