Description
No 13 Deer Park is a terraced house that is part of a row of five painted stuccoed houses, all featuring slate roofs and chimneys on the right side. The house has two storeys, a basement, and an attic, with a width of two bays. The facade is framed by raised pilaster strips on each side and has a raised plain parapet. There is one gabled dormer on the house, which has a pediment supported by brackets and paired windows, though No 13 has been altered to a single pane. The house features four-pane sash windows. Steps that originally had scroll-designed railings, which have been removed from No 13, lead up to square-headed doorways. These doorways have stucco doorcases with cornices on console brackets and two-panel doors with overlights. The forecourts originally had iron railings on dwarf walls, which have also been removed from Nos 12 and 13.
