Description

The City Cross is a 14th-century stone cross that features its original octagonal shaft and square socket stone. The cross has a Celtic cross head that was added in 1873. It stands on a base of six stone steps. Additionally, there is a broken Caerbwdy stone Celtic cross set in the wall outside Treleddyn Uchaf, which is believed to be the original head of the cross.
