Description
This is a commercial building occupied by Old Oak Insurance Brokers, constructed in the 19th century. The building features a stucco exterior and slate close-eaved roofs, standing two storeys tall with two bays. On the first floor, there is a canted oriel window to the left, which contains 2-4-2-pane sashes and a moulded cornice, while to the right is a 4-pane sash window. The ground floor has a shopfront with timber flanking pilasters and a fascia with a cornice. To the left, there is a door with an overlight that is recessed, and to the right, a double plate glass shop window is accompanied by a smaller window that is canted into the door. The side wall is rendered, and the rear wall features two large Pembrokeshire round chimneys positioned closely together. The right chimney is a broader, shorter round stack with a rendered battered chimney breast, while the left chimney is taller and narrower, both topped with rings of thin stones below their caps.
