Description
This is a house located to the southeast of Pantyrhedyn, constructed from rubble stone and topped with a corrugated asbestos roof. It features stone end stacks with dripstones and capstones, including a larger square stack on the right side. The house is two storeys high and double-fronted, with a significant offset to the left, creating a very narrow left room and a broad right kitchen.
The front (west) elevation has two small square windows under the eaves, each with four-pane fixed glazing. On the ground floor, there are two four-pane sash windows with slate sills and yellow brick voussoirs, positioned one on each side of a board door that has a slightly higher yellow brick head.
On the rear (east) side, there is one small four-pane fixed window with a slate sill located on the first floor, right of centre, and a very small four-pane fixed window on the ground floor to the right, which lacks a sill and has a slab lintel. The property is not available for inspection.
