Description

Coedllys is a farmhouse built from coursed rubble stone, featuring slate roofs and black-brick end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window main house with a matching, slightly lower two-window service range to the left. It has small paned windows and board doors with three-pane overlights, along with stone voussoirs above slightly cambered heads and slate sills. The main house includes large horned 16-pane sash windows and a central door, while the service range has smaller 12-pane sash windows and a door located in the right bay. A rear wing, which is rendered, has been added to the back of the service range. The property was not inspected at the time of the survey.
