Description

Bryn Ilar is a house attached to the Falcon Inn on the left. It features painted stucco and a slate roof, with paired brackets at the eaves. The building has a small stone stack on the right end and a yellow brick stack on the left end. It is two storeys high and has a symmetrical three-window arrangement, consisting of 16-pane hornless sash windows and a central door. The door is from the 20th century but retains an original 19th-century overlight with rectilinear tracery. The building has slate sills and fretted bargeboards on the right end gable. There are 20th-century windows on each floor and a 20th-century rear addition. The property was not inspected at the time of the survey.
