Description
Llwyn is the right house of a pair, with Islwyn to the left. Both houses are constructed from squared coursed rubble stone and feature a slate close-eaved roof with two pale brick chimneys, one on the left side of each house. Llwyn has a three-window range, while Islwyn has a two-window range. It appears that Llwyn may have originally matched Islwyn, but it now includes a cart entry and a window above that may have been added to the right. The façade features four 4-pane sash windows with tooled stone voussoirs and slate sills. The doors have been replaced; Islwyn has a door in the second bay from the left, complete with an overlight, while Llwyn has a door in the fourth bay, which does not have an overlight. In the third bay of Llwyn, next to Glanadair, there is a broad cart entry with a cambered head and stone voussoirs, along with a window above that matches the others. This bay is narrower than the other four. In front of the houses, there are railings on low walls, featuring fleur-de-lys finials on the standards and urns on the end standards. The building was not inspected at the time of the survey.
