Description
Bodcoll is a farmhouse constructed from whitewashed rubble stone and topped with slate roofs. It stands two storeys high and features a three-bay house with a lower two-bay service range to the right. The house has rendered end stacks, with a smaller stack on the left and a larger one with dripstones on the right. The facade is slightly offset to the left. It has 20th-century uPVC windows set in original openings, complete with painted slate sills and stone voussoirs, and smaller windows above. There is a 20th-century half-glazed door, while an old photograph reveals that it originally had 4-pane sash windows. The service range, also offset to the left, has two windows on each floor; the upper ones are square and the lower ones are longer, both featuring stone voussoirs and 20th-century uPVC glazing. A small stack is located at the right end, which appears taller in the old photograph, where the left ground floor window was originally a door.
Additionally, there is a large flat-roofed 20th-century extension at the rear. The building has not been inspected.
