Description
Cae'r meirch is a farmhouse constructed of whitewashed rubble stone, featuring a slate roof with end stacks. The right side is rendered stone, while the left has been rebuilt in blue brick. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range of horned sash windows, with 9 panes above and 12 panes below, along with a central board door. The windows have slate sills and stone voussoirs on the ground floor openings, while the upper openings are situated under the eaves. The right end wall is rendered, and there is an outshut at the rear.
To the left is a lower service range that includes a chimney at the left end. This section is also two storeys tall and has two bays, with the right bay positioned against the left end of the main house. It features upper 6-pane sash windows under the eaves, above a 12-pane sash window and a door that has brick heads. There is a flush-panelled 6-panel door, as well as another door to the left that has a timber lintel. The property has not been inspected.
